(March 28, 2022)<\/strong> \u2013 Three long-time employees of US Club Soccer have been elevated in their roles, providing greater opportunities for impact on the organization and its members. Effective immediately, <strong>Greg Hutton<\/strong> becomes Chief Operating Officer, <strong>Alexandra Rieben<\/strong> becomes Vice President of Programs and Partnerships, and <strong>Ashley Lehr<\/strong> becomes Director of Club Development.<\/p>\n<p>Hutton joined US Club Soccer in 2008 and has assumed leadership positions in communications and operations. For the past three years, he has been Vice President of Operations. Hutton also serves on U.S. Soccer\u2019s Appeals Committee and Universal Background Checks Task Force, and he was part of the Youth Task Force Risk Management\/SafeSport Working Group initiated in December 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Rieben joined US Club Soccer five years ago to lead its events department. She was later promoted to also manage corporate partnerships, and she now takes on a greater leadership role with all US Club Soccer programming. Under her direction, US Club Soccer events have seen enhancements in organization, branding and partner activation. Prior to US Club Soccer, Rieben was the events director at MLS.<\/p>\n<p>Lehr has now been promoted four times since joining US Club Soccer\u2019s operations department more than six years ago. She helped grow the Players First initiative into an admired philosophy adopted by clubs throughout the country. Lehr has also taken a lead role in expanding coaching education resources to members, notably LaLiga Formation Methodology and U.S. Soccer coaching courses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m certain our membership will join me in congratulating Greg, Alex and Ashley on well-deserved promotions,\u201d said Mike Cullina, US Club Soccer CEO. \u201cTheir new titles simply recognize the roles and responsibilities each of them have been performing at an extremely high level for quite some time, as well as the shared values and goals for US Club Soccer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>US Club Soccer is currently hiring administrative positions to better serve its membership\u2019s needs.
