US Club Soccer will work with you to ensure it is reported elsewhere, if applicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e90b906 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e90b906\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"font-size: 1.563em;\">REPORT TO US CLUB SOCCER<\/span><\/h3><p><strong>Please submit <a href=\"https:\/\/usclubsoccer.i-sight.com\/portal\/reportonline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">US Club Soccer&#8217;s Safeguarding &amp; Compliance Report Form<\/a> to report misconduct, violations of law or US Club Soccer policy, or other applicable concerns regarding US Club Soccer and its members\/registrants.<\/strong><\/p><p>This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Child abuse<\/li><li>Compliance issues \/ violations of US Club Soccer policies (including Participant Safety\/Risk Management Policies), SafeSport Code, or SafeSport Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP)<\/li><li>Emotional misconduct (including verbal misconduct, bullying and harassment)<\/li><li>Felony arrests<\/li><li>Misconduct against a referee (assault, abuse or gross mistreatment; to be reported by the referee or SRA)<\/li><li>Physical misconduct<\/li><li>Sexual misconduct<\/li><li>Any other act or pattern of behavior which may have or in the future put Participants at risk.<\/li><\/ul><div><p>Adult Participants have an affirmative duty to report suspected abuse or other misconduct to US Club Soccer. However, in support of collective safeguarding efforts, and because US Club Soccer members may otherwise be subject to the Center&#8217;s response and resolution via affiliations with other organizations or a U.S. Soccer coach license, US Club Soccer still shares applicable reports it receives with the Center and otherwise encourages reports to be made directly to the id=\"elementor-tab-content-1123\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1123\"><p>There may be times when concerns are applicable for law enforcement to handle.<\/p><p>In addition, <strong>pursuant to the Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and Safe Sport Authorization Act of 2017 (the \u201cSafeSport Act\u201d), all mandatory reporters are required to report suspected child abuse, including sexual abuse, within 24 hours to the local law enforcement agency or local child protective services agency that has jurisdiction to investigate reports of child abuse or to protect child abuse victims, or to the FBI.<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This requirement applies to, among others, all Participants as described in US Club Soccer Policy 13.01<\/span>.<\/p><p>The reporting obligation is triggered when a mandatory reporter becomes aware of \u201cfacts that give reason to suspect\u201d a child has suffered an incident of child abuse.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Mandatory reporter<\/strong> includes any \u201cadult who is authorized, by a national governing body, a member of a national governing body, or an amateur sports organization that participates in interstate or international amateur athletic competition, to interact with a minor or amateur athlete at an amateur sports organization facility or at any event sanctioned by a national governing body, a member of a national governing body, or such an amateur sports organization.\u201d<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Child abuse<\/strong> includes physical or mental injury, sexual abuse or exploitation, or negligent treatment of a child.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Sexual abuse<\/strong> is defined to include the employment, use, persuasion, inducement, enticement, or coercion of a child to engage in, or assist another person to engage in, sexually explicit conduct or the rape, molestation, prostitution, or other form of sexual exploitation of children or incest with children.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Mental injury<\/strong>\u00a0means harm to a child\u2019s psychological or intellectual functioning which may be exhibited by severe anxiety, depression, withdrawal or outward aggressive behavior, or a combination of those behaviors, which may be demonstrated by a change in behavior, emotional response or cognition.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1124\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1124\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-right\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Pursuant to state or local
