That means that they know their schedules weeks or months in advance. When they see shifts that fit their schedule, they\u2019re more likely to apply early to firm up their plans for the next month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Make sure your listing has complete information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Include any and all relevant information when hiring an Athletic Trainer. Is there anything specific about the venue, event, players, etc. What supplies will be on hand, where is the AED located and is there ice on-site?<\/li>\n<li>Example: <em>Lunch provided. Park in the staff parking lot (tell the attendant that you are medical staff). PPE and treatment tables will be provided.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Review your healthcare providers\u2019 credentials<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you are able to review the credentials of the healthcare providers that apply for your job. On Go4, all providers on the platform are nationally certified and state licensed. They also have professional liability insurance and many will include background checks, resumes, or additional certifications.<\/li>\n<li>If for you, or the venue, require any additional clearances or other information, contact your healthcare provider to coordinate obtaining these documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> If your schedule changes, don&#8217;t forget to update your staff!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We&#8217;ve all been there: venue changes or schedule changes due to weather or some other obstacle out of your control. Your team does a great job of communicating to parents, players, and coaches and the day is on track to run smoothly again . . . until you get the text from your AT that they&#8217;ve arrived but there is no one on-site.
