(Oct. 24, 2022)<\/strong> \u2013 The inaugural Mid-America Cup, a state championship platform with a qualification pathway to US Club Soccer\u2019s National Cup, is now accepting applications. The 2022-23 Mid-America Cup will be held over the winter and spring in Overland Park, KS and Lee\u2019s Summit, MO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U-13 through U-19 boys and girls teams from Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska are encouraged to <a href=\"https:\/\/paragonstarusa.com\/mid_america_cup\/\">apply via this registration page<\/a> by <strong>Nov. 4<\/strong>. U-13 and U-14 boys and girls participants, as well as U-15 through U-19 boys teams will play in May. U-15 through U-19 girls teams play Dec. 2-4.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kansas City Scott Gallagher and Paragon Star USA are co-hosting with US Club Soccer sanctioning. Champions of the tournament receive paid entries to the National Cup XXII Midwest Regional. The <a href=\"https:\/\/usclubsoccer.org\/nationalcup\/\">National Cup<\/a> is US Club Soccer\u2019s cup-based championship series, encompassing qualifying state cups, National Cup Regionals and the coveted National Cup Finals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKC Scott Gallagher is excited to work with US Club Soccer and Paragon Star Sports Complex,\u201d said Chuck Mathis, Vice President of KC Scott Gallagher. \u201cWe look forward to making this a Midwest destination event for years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis\u00a0National Cup Regional qualifying competition will be one of the first events hosted at Paragon Star Sports Complex,\u201d said Chris Duke, Director of Operations and Events for Paragon Star USA. \u201cWe are thrilled to be working with two very strong organizations in KC Scott Gallagher and US Club Soccer to help make this a memorable experience for all players and families.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To participate in the Mid-America Cup, teams must be registered with US Club Soccer.
