Another resources is the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.rainn.org\/policy\/compare\/children.cfm\">RAINN Mandatory Reporting Requirements: Children<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p>Topics include:<\/p><ul><li>Systemwide<\/li><li>Child abuse and neglect<\/li><li>Child welfare<\/li><li>Adoption<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pageEl_432026688\" class=\"pageEl\"><div class=\"pageElement textBlockElement clearfix\"><h3>CALIFORNIA \u2013 ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 2007:<\/h3><div class=\"text clearfix\"><p>As of Jan. 1, 2017, the state of California passed\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=201520160AB2007\"><strong>Assembly Bill No. 2007<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 legislation related to concussions. California members are required to comply.<\/p><p>Among other aspects, this bill requires that youth sports organizations notify parents\/guardians of athletes 17 years of age or younger who have been removed from athletic activities due to suspected concussions. The bill also requires that youth sports organizations offer concussion and head injury education or related educational materials.<\/p><p>Here are some resources that may assist in the compliance of this legislation:<\/p><ul><li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/usclubsoccer.sidelinesportsdoc.com\/\">US Club Soccer\/Sideline Sports Doc online course<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>US Club Soccer\u2019s\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/usclubsoccer.org\/resources\/members-area\/safety\/head-injuries\/\" target=\"_self\">Concussions and Head Injuries web page<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usclubsoccer.org\/heads-up-program\" target=\"_self\">CDC HEADS UP program<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/assessment.playershealth.com\/\">Player\u2019s Health Safety Needs Assessment tool<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pageEl_432026703\" class=\"pageEl\"><div class=\"pageElement textBlockElement clearfix\"><h3>OHIO \u2013 LINDSAY\u2019S LAW:<\/h3><div class=\"text clearfix\"><p>Lindsay\u2019s Law, Ohio Revised Code\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/codes.ohio.gov\/orc\/3313.5310\">3313.5310<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/codes.ohio.gov\/orc\/3707.58\">3707.58<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/codes.ohio.gov\/orc\/3707.59\">3707.59<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>went into effect in 2017 \u2013 legislation related to sudden cardiac arrest.
