State Cup: New Jersey is now Apr. 10. This is the 17th edition of US Club Soccer\u2019s state championship event for U-10 through U-18\/19 boys and girls teams in the Garden State.<\/p><p>Applications can be\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/events.gotsport.com\/forms\/app\/default.aspx?eventid=83578\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">accessed here<\/a>. Open to all US Club Soccer member teams in the state, the event will run from April through July 1. The state cup will feature two levels of competition, Super Group (most competitive) and Premier Group. Premier Group competition will be offered in the U-13 through U-18\/U-19 age groups.<\/p><p>Champions from all of the tournament\u2019s Super Groups qualify directly to the National Cup XX Finals \u2013 the culminating event of US Club Soccer\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usclubsoccer.org\/national-cup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cup-based national championship series<\/a>. Premier Group winners advance to National Cup XX Mid-Atlantic Regionals.<\/p><p>Due to the ongoing coronavirus health crisis, all events and dates are subject to changes or cancellation and we ask that you prepare accordingly. Registration and details are being released closer to this year\u2019s cup in order to ensure a quality event with player health and safety in mind. As New Jersey begins to reopen, US Club Soccer has determined it is currently possible to do that.<\/p><p>In order to participate, teams must hold valid US Club Soccer passcards at the time of the event.
