Dear administrators of US Club Soccer member organizations:<\/p>

Please read below for a few updates regarding the\u00a0transition of US Club Soccer\u2019s national registration platform from SportsEngine to GotSport<\/a>\u00a0as of the 2021-22 registration year.<\/p>

UPDATES REGARDING ACCOUNT ACCESS<\/strong><\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>

In GotSport, your member organization account has been created (if it did not already exist) and affiliated with US Club Soccer.<\/p>

Additionally, you (as a recipient of this email) have been provided org admin access to your member organization account. As part of that process, if you did not previously have an individual user account in GotSport tied to the email address to which this email was sent, one was created for you.<\/p>

ACTION ITEMS<\/strong><\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Ensure you are able to access your individual user and member organization accounts.\u00a0<\/strong>[See instructions in the next section.]<\/li>
  2. Add others that need org admin access to your member organization account, if needed<\/strong>. [Help Article: Add Org Users<\/a>]<\/li>
  3. Review and set permissions, if needed.<\/strong>\u00a0[Help Article: Editing an Admin\u2019s Module Permissions<\/a>]<\/li>
  4. Review the FAQs added to the\u00a0<\/strong>2021-22 \/ Transition to GotSport web page on usclubsoccer.org<\/strong><\/a>. We encourage you to bookmark that page and visit it periodically.<\/li>
  5. Register for a Phase 1 online training session via the\u00a0<\/strong>Welcome to GotSport onboarding web page<\/strong><\/a>. One-on-one training opportunities will also be available, but we recommend that you first attend a scheduled Phase 1 online training session.<\/li><\/ol>

    HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT IN GOTSPORT<\/strong><\/u>:<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Visit\u00a0https:\/\/system.gotsport.com<\/a><\/li>
    2. Log in to your account if you have existing GotSport credentials. If you don\u2019t have existing GotSport credentials or are otherwise having trouble logging in, please click \u201cForgot Password?\u201d and complete that process.\u00a0If you still have trouble accessing your account, please email\u00a0USClubLoginSupport@gotsport.com<\/a>.<\/li>
    3. Once signed in,\u00a0access your organization\u2019s account<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>

      It\u2019s important to note that\u00a0GotSoccer<\/strong>\u00a0is the technology vendor’s company name, and it is also sometimes used to refer to the GotSoccer Legacy platform, which is being phased out.\u00a0GotSport<\/strong>\u00a0is GotSoccer’s newer platform, which will be used for US Club Soccer registration.<\/p>

      Accordingly, account login credentials from the GotSoccer Legacy (old) platform will not work to access the new GotSport platform. A new account must be claimed or created.<\/p>
