Each of these clubs shall have one vote for each Board seat within its U.S. Soccer Federation region. Adult, Associate and Affiliate Members (such as leagues, league and tournament teams, and rec and academy members) are not eligible to vote in Board elections.<\/li><li>Ballots must be submitted by a club\u2019s president, director of coaching or registrar.<\/li><li>In the event of multiple ballots from the same club being received, the first one received will be counted.<\/li><li>US Club Soccer shall have the right to request identity verification if questions arise, and to allow email submission of ballots on a case-by-case basis.<\/li><\/ul><p><u><strong>BALLOT<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/u><\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/usclub.sportngin.com\/register\/form\/659631343\">Ballot<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>The submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. ET on March 17, 2021.<\/p><p><u><strong>MORE INFORMATION<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/u><\/p><p>Board of Directors elections are conducted pursuant to Article IX of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usclubsoccer.org\/bylaws-policies-guidelines\">the US Club Soccer bylaws<\/a>.
