However, we know some of them have not yet completed this step.<\/p><p><strong>How to complete or sync SafeSport training for US Club Soccer registration purposes<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Access the link contained in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/image.se.sportsengine.com\/lib\/fe991373746c047d76\/m\/3\/30c6d1c0-36de-4282-8772-00ad6478b787.png\">automated SafeSport or outstanding eligibility requirement reminder emails<\/a>; or<\/li><li>Even if the reminder emails aren\u2019t accessible, links to complete outstanding requirements are available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/image.se.sportsengine.com\/lib\/fe991373746c047d76\/m\/3\/b0f390f1-6c90-4e7b-b999-c406878d3ae9.png\">via one\u2019s MySE dashboard<\/a>, once the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sportsengine.com\/en\/articles\/1285\">invitation to join the applicable US Club Soccer member organization is accepted<\/a>. Here are instructions:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sportsengine.com\/en\/articles\/1254\">https:\/\/help.sportsengine.com\/en\/articles\/1254<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol><p>When clicking on the applicable link to complete the SafeSport eligibility requirement, one will be prompted to either complete the next training or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sportsengine.com\/en\/articles\/1673\">enter a SafeSport certificate number to sync a completed training using the new SafeSport Lookup functionality<\/a>.<\/p><p>Please note that each training must be completed or synced sequentially (Core \u2192 Refresher 1 \u2192 Refresher 2), and one will be prompted to take or sync the next training based on the information currently on file within the NRS. Additionally, because a Refresher 3 course is not yet fully available, those who previously completed Refresher 2 will be prompted to retake it again via the NRS.<\/p><p><strong>How to send additional reminder emails to affected individuals<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><p>As an org administrator with permissions within the NRS, you may send automated eligibility reminder emails individually or en masse to those with outstanding requirements. Those emails included links to complete the required training.
