Players will continue to be registered via Excel spreadsheet submission.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pageEl_487886872\" class=\"pageEl\"><div class=\"pageElement textBlockElement clearfix\"><h3>UPDATES<\/h3><div class=\"text clearfix\"><p><strong>Your club\/organization accounts are now provisioned within the NRS to allow for rec staff registration.<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><u>If your organization is new to the NRS\/SportsEngine<\/u>, a SportsEngine HQ org account has been created, and the person who most recently registered your rec players has been assigned Org Admin permission. An individual SportsEngine account was also created for that person if one associated with the email address did not already exist.<\/li><li><u>If your organization already had a SportsEngine HQ org account<\/u>\u00a0(from competitive player or staff registration, for example), that existing account is now tagged to also allow for rec staff registration. Additional Org Admin permissions were not automatically assigned, so rec administrators who need that should request it from an existing Org Admin.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Also, you are now able to begin your rec staff registration.<\/strong>\u00a0To do so, access the 2020-21 Governing Season portal, located within the\u00a0<u>US Club Soccer menu<\/u>\u00a0on the left side of your SportsEngine HQ account. And, those you are registering may start completing their eligibility requirements, as needed (such as background screening, SafeSport training, and Sideline Sports Doc training).<\/p><p>Please note that registrations\/memberships will be valid as of July 1, 2020, even if all eligibility requirements are completed in June.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pageEl_487888056\" class=\"pageEl\"><div class=\"pageElement textBlockElement clearfix\"><h3>ACTION ITEMS<\/h3><div class=\"text clearfix\"><p><strong>1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Verify access to your organization\u2019s SportsEngine HQ account.<\/strong><\/p><p>To do so, log into your SportsEngine account\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.sportngin.com\/user\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via this link<\/a>. If you were assigned Org Admin permission but have not previously logged into your individual SportsEngine account, you will be prompted to enter your email address, follow the account claim process, and set a password.<\/p><p>Once logged in, select your organization via the \u201cMy Organizations\u201d drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page. You will then land on your organization\u2019s SportsEngine HQ page.<\/p><p>If you are unable to access your organization\u2019s account or do not have access to the \u201cMy Organizations\u201d drop-down, please, click on the \u201cNeed Help\u201d tab to access SportsEngine Support, or email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:help@SportsEngine.com\">help@SportsEngine.com<\/a>\u00a0and copy\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recregistration@usclubsoccer.org\">recregistration@usclubsoccer.org<\/a>.<\/p><p>This is especially important to complete for organizations that are new to SportsEngine.<\/p><p><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Assign permissions to other administrators, if needed.<\/strong><\/p><p>One must be assigned\u00a0<u>Org Admin<\/u>\u00a0or\u00a0<u>Governing Season Admin<\/u>\u00a0permission within your organization to work in the NRS. Further, anyone with Org Admin permission is able to assign permissions to others.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.sportsengine.com\/en\/articles\/1142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a>\u00a0for details.<\/p><p>When an existing Org Admin adds someone to the directory to assign permission, the person being added will receive a claim email to create an individual SportsEngine account and set a password if one does not already exist.
