Among US Club Soccer\u2019s guiding principles:<\/p><ul><li>Clubs are the vehicle through which players are developed, and US Club Soccer helps facilitate club development throughout the country.<\/li><li>Clubs and their leadership should be the primary decision-makers in the structure and organization of soccer.<\/li><li>US Club Soccer provides leadership and a vehicle for clubs and technical leaders to work together to elevate the game and player development environment.<\/li><\/ul><p>A Board of Directors, all of whom must be experienced coaches with national licensing in member soccer clubs, guide policy decisions for the organization.<\/p><p>Through US Club Soccer, all of a club\u2019s programs \u2013 rec, youth competitive and adult \u2013 are able to be united under one organizational umbrella, creating a \u201cmembers for life\u201d culture within each club.
